Our Story
In 2022, our world changed forever. We lost our youngest daughter, Madeline, to the effects of cancer treatment when she was just three years old.
She was only two when diagnosed with Neuroblastoma—something no parent is ever prepared to face. But Madeline fought with a bold, spirited resilience that still inspires us.
During her treatment, we were wrapped in care—meals delivered, cards sent, siblings remembered. But after she passed, the silence came. And it was deafening.
We learned something we didn’t expect: while many organizations support families through treatment, few stay for the after. For the grief. For the quiet. For the messy middle that comes when the world moves on, but your pain does not.
Raising Daisies was created to change that.
We offer long-term emotional and mental health support to families grieving the loss of a child to cancer—especially beyond the first year, when it can feel like no one is still listening.
We can’t take away the loss.
But we can sit with you in it.
And walk with you through what comes next.
